Payment Method:
All purchases on the Uniloy E-store must be completed using your available Uniloy Credit. This is the only accepted payment method at this time. You can view your current credit balance by accessing your account dashboard. Please ensure that you have sufficient credit to cover the full amount of your order, as any purchase is subject to your credit balance.
Shipping and Freight Charges:
The available shipping options are Ground Delivery and Expedited Delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that you will be invoiced for the applicable shipping charges. Expedited Delivery orders received after 2PM EST will ship out the next business day unless arrangements are made with an authorized Uniloy representative.
Non-Stock Parts:
If your order includes any non-stock parts, please be aware that these items cannot be processed through the E-store. Instead, you will need to place these orders directly with our Aftersales department. You can contact our Aftersales team for assistance with these orders.
Order Minimum:
To maintain operational efficiency, there is a minimum order requirement of $150.00 for all purchases made through the Uniloy E-store. This minimum applies to all products and must be met before your order can be processed. If your order does not meet this requirement, please consider adding additional items to your cart to fulfill the minimum order amount.
